At PrettyClaw Creations, we take pride in creating custom, high-quality items to light up your most memorable celebrations. Because our products are personalized and manufactured specifically for your event, they cannot be resold to others. Therefore, we enforce a strict return policy.

Please review our guidelines below before placing your order:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the customized nature of our products (including LED Foam Sticks, Sunglasses, and Bracelets), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

That being said, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to work with you to find a fair solution.

2. Order Cancellations & Event Changes

Because we work quickly to get your items ready for your event, production often begins shortly after payment is received.

  • Once processing and manufacturing have begun, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
  • This applies to all circumstances, including event cancellations, postponements, or changes of mind.

3. Errors or Mistakes by Our Team

We want your order to be perfect! If our team makes an error on your order (such as a misspelling, wrong date, incorrect color, or wrong item entirely), we will absolutely make it right.

  • Our Solution: We will prioritize and provide a free, rushed replacement of the incorrect items to ensure they arrive in time for your event.
  • To Report an Error: Please contact us immediately upon receiving your package with your order number and a clear photo of the mistake.

4. Return Shipping (When Applicable)

In the rare event that an exception is made and a return is authorized by our team:

  • Responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances of the order.
  • Authorized returns must be sent back in their original, unused condition.
