Thank you for choosing us to light up your special event! Because our products are customized for your big day, please review our shipping guidelines below to ensure your order arrives right on time.
1. Processing & Production Times
Because our items are customized, they require production time before they are shipped.
- Standard Season: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Peak Season (Holidays & Wedding Season): Processing times may extend up to 14 business days.
Please note: Processing/production time is separate from shipping/transit time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We ship exclusively within the United States. We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon Logistics to deliver your items.
Your delivery window depends entirely on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location:
- Standard Shipping: 2 to 14 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Accelerated delivery options are available at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping: If you need overnight shipping, you must contact us directly for approval before placing your order to confirm that we can accommodate the tight timeline.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

4. Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. You can also track your package by logging into your online account on our website.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We take great care in packaging your custom items securely. However, once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
- Lost or Damaged in Transit: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- Delivered but Not Located: Sometimes, the carrier will scan your package as delivered before it is loaded onto the delivery vehicle up to 24 hours before delivery is actually made.
- Missing Packages: If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it after the 24 hour window stated above, we recommend checking with a neighbor or asking the shipping provider if they can locate where the package was delivered. If you still cannot locate the package and suspect it may have been stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and immediately filing a report with your local police department.
